A lot of them are really simple to make more difficult. I also use band and weights when exercises become too easy. I know this helps with *any* workout, obviously, but I've done a lot of her programs, and I've always seen really good results. I'm excited to see our results after a month! We are eating much healthier now, and I have much less treats. My daughter lost a pound or 2 and could tell a big difference in her stamina and flexibility. We both saw results from it! I lost another pound, and we finished on my period week, so I was really pleased. I enjoyed the workout so much! My daughter and I did the 2019 2 week shred after I finished the WLC, just to do something that wasn't quite as strenuous or difficult since I had just finished the WLC and she needed something a bit simpler. I had a lot of bloat to lose, and I didn't follow a specific "diet" the first couple of weeks, except attempt to eat better. I kept getting sick off and on, husband had surgery, kids had activities, holidays, and just life. Mind you, I hadn't worked out consistently for a while since life had been crazy. I started the 2023 weight loss challenge the day it came out and finished exactly on time. I don't mind doing them, and I can pause them if I need to walk around and take a few breaths. So you could probably swap a cardio workout for a dance one if that makes you happier. Chloe is rather uncoordinated so she doesn't do dance stuff. A lot of the moves are pilates moves so you will be familiar with much of it. eg she doesn't do arms two days in a row, she lets you rest them and we do legs/glutes. From what you've written it looks like you are doing something similar but in an unstructured way.
